  • Feng shui is an ancient...

...science going back 4000+ years, rooted in the profound principle that our environment affects our:

    - health

    - relationships

    - wellbeing

    - prosperity

The property is like the human body. Think of feng shui as acupuncture for your space, tapping into vital points such as the spine (back of property), entrance (mouth) and back door (waste), harmonising the flow of energy to promote balance and well-being. If we operate well on good circulation, so does our property. Before delving into furniture arrangement, the most significant factor determining the quality of energy lies just outside the front door—namely, front garden, garden the road, surrounding form, colours, and textures, all influencing the chi. These factors align with the five feng shui elements: fire, earth, metal, water, wood. A productive cycle in these elements leads to harmony, such as water feeding the tree (wood), feeding the fire (sun).

The primary tool in feng shui to determine energy is the lopan (Chinese compass), containing 64 profiles of varying energetic strength. This tool identifies where strength is needed and where to mitigate or minimise energy leakage.

Properties, like individuals, respond uniquely to feng shui changes, ranging from the next day to six months. The journey to balance and harmony is as unique as the energy within each living space.
